Trinity (Linton) Methodist Church

Trinity is a welcoming fellowship meeting in the village of Linton.

Originally known as Linton Heath Methodist Church, the church was built in 1909, situated amidst the rows of terraced houses then occupied by coal miners and their families. The schoolroom at the rear of the church was added some years later. As churches have closed in the area, members from other churches in the area have joined Linton Heath over the years, with a name change in 2002 to Linton and Castle Gresley Methodist Church and in 2008 the church was refurbished and renamed Trinity Methodist Church.
